This ancient Chinese qigong form simulates the movements of five animals: tiger, deer, bear, monkey and crane. Each animal is associated with a specific element and organ and the movements and mantras are designed to improve the health of your vital organs, including heart, lungs, kidneys, liver, as well as tendons, muscles and brain. Have fun moving like five animals as you connect with the vibrant gifts of the natural world around us.

Join our growing qi group to practice the Sheng Zhen meditation “Union of Three Hearts”. We meet together virtually to practice the Sheng Zhen meditation “Union of Three Hearts”. This meditation helps to quiet and relax your mind, balance your emotions, calm your spirit, and connect you with the heart of humanity and the bountiful gifts of heaven and earth. We continue to be in great need of gathering for these purposes NOW. The meditation is preceded by some qigong to relax our bodies and facilitate the qi flow, and by the qigong “Gathering Qi” to clean out negativity or pain held in our bodies. We also begin here to deeply connecting to the qi energy field of earth, the universe, and source energy, unconditional love (Sheng Zhen) to increase our vitality, health, and resilience. A powerful practice of this mediation group is that we intentionally link with each other, which enhances feeling oneness with each other and love. There is greater power when we join and create together, and it’s gratifying to feel connected across our physical distances.

This group practice is offered freely from love. New participants  at all levels of health and experience are are enthusiastically welcomed! Please inquire if you are interested in joining the group. We gather primarily on Monday evenings, but not exclusively, so the meeting date and ZOOM link is emailed out each week to those on this list. You must RSVP weekly before attending. If you are not attending that week, you do not need to respond.
